Independent living
We explore support arrangements shaped around a person’s circumstances, goals and right to make everyday choices.
Social care, thoughtfully developed
Lifelong Interventions develops practical, person-centred approaches to supported living, community support and social-care partnerships.
The right setting.
A practical support model.
A life with more choice.
About Lifelong
We believe good support should help people live ordinary lives with greater independence, choice and control.
Lifelong Interventions brings a practical, partnership-led perspective to supported living and community-based social care. We are interested in arrangements that are proportionate, clearly understood and shaped around the individual—not the organisation.
Supported living
We develop and explore supported-living opportunities with housing providers, professionals and partner organisations. Our role is centred on practical, non-regulated support and thoughtful service development.

We explore support arrangements shaped around a person’s circumstances, goals and right to make everyday choices.

We work with landlords, housing organisations and other partners to consider suitable, sustainable accommodation arrangements.

We focus on practical, non-regulated support that can help people take part in ordinary community life with greater confidence.

We welcome thoughtful conversations about new supported-living models and partnership opportunities within social care.
Lifelong Interventions does not provide regulated personal care. Where other services are needed, roles and responsibilities should be considered clearly with the appropriate organisations.
How we work
Thoughtful support starts with listening, stays grounded in real life and makes room for circumstances to change.
We start with the person—their priorities, preferences and the life they want to lead.
We favour clear, workable arrangements over unnecessary complexity.
Good outcomes depend on open communication and well-defined roles between everyone involved.
Support should create room for choice, participation and growing confidence.
A secondary capability
Alongside our wider social-care work, Lifelong Interventions can support organisations with selected staffing and workforce requirements.
Partnerships
We welcome conversations with organisations and professionals interested in developing practical supported-living and social-care solutions.
